no fault codes, just one for decatYou need to scan it for codes mate. Could be MAF again or something else. Without fault codes you're just guessing.
Does your check engine light work or has someone covered/removed it? It's unusual to just get a tcs light without either a engine or ABS light as well.
Weird. Possible that you have a fault with the switch then.no fault codes, just one for decat
it resets if i disconnect the battery, turns on same second when i start movingWeird. Possible that you have a fault with the switch then.
haven't done a scan on them, abs works finehave you scanned ABS? does the ABS work?
Oh right, not the switch then.it resets if i disconnect the battery, turns on same second when i start moving
yes it lights up when i turn the key goes off when i start the car, i'll have a look on the brakes tomorrow abs rings etcOh right, not the switch then.
I agree with what andy says, could be related to the abs as they share the same wheel sensors. Does the ABS light come on and go out again as it should? Lot's of times people put tape over the lights.
Yeah it's a weird one. The two common causes for the traction light is MAF and wheel speed sensors, however the first usually brings up an engine light, and the second an ABS light. Judging by the fact it only happens when you move, then i'd definitely say wheel speed sensors.yes it lights up when i turn the key goes off when i start the car, i'll have a look on the brakes tomorrow abs rings etc
Yes that's a good point, if you have ESP as well as TCS then steering angle sensor is a very good shout.I had that light on when the steering angle sensor failed
