I'm still a bit confused when it comes to this topic and what I know so far is that (correct me if I'm wrong I'm a noob): Getting springs alone is dangerous for the dampers so a suspension kit would be ideal.... But... that a coilover change is even better. Looking at pictures, it looks like the coilovers is like springs + dampers + some stuff all together, or is this a completely different part? If I change the coilovers do I still have to change the springs and dampers if I want the car lowered? What's the difference? Thanks

If you have anything to add let me know! I will probably go with the suspension kit as I think that 40/40 is enough?
