Suspension info request

Hi Guys,

I've got a 2001 Leon 1.8 20v SE and i wanna get it lowered, i'm on kind of a limited budget but i wanna get a quality kit, i wanna lower the car about 40mm.


What do you recommend? and what should i avoid?
