Basically I have limp mode issues that have been happening ever since I had the car over a year
It's only recently I got round to investigating properly, it turns out my actuator rod doesn't move at all, so I think I have the dreaded sticky vnts
it's been on vag com and giving positive charge deviation codes
My turbo works upto about 2500 rpm then just cuts out untill I restart the engine, I have tried to take the back pipe off the egr to access the manifold above the turbo however the nuts are seized and now rounded thanks to me :/ so I'm pretty sure the oven cleaner method from the top of the manifold is out the window?
It's a 1.9tdi Leon ml1 03 plate on a alh engine code (90)
Any suggestions? I'm looking for a financial solution of course I don't fancy swapping turbos as a second hand one is gonna set me back a hundred rocks and there still no guarentee I could get the same problem again after as much as 2k depending on the turbo condition :/
