Problem solved.
First I went to the local dealer and after 4 days and 300 km of testing, they told me that it's a normal sound and the vibration in the clutch pedal is normal. They did not want to open the engine and to check.
I took the car and went to another dealer 350km away and they imediatly heard and felt the problem. Opened the engine and guess what... It's the flywheel (dual mass) with broken springs.
Next week I will be able to drive my onw car again.

Hope this helps

Update !
Noises an vibrations are back again. Car has 12000 km. It's way better than before but still... I've decided to go for Sachs Performance clutch kit with one mass flywheel. On the site the kit is not displayed because of the missing information. For Leon 1P FR TDI there were two different types of DMFs different thiknesses. So I've opened the engine once more to messure the exact thickness and I've discovered that the flywheel was damaged again. So I'm glad that I will have one mass flywheel.

Next week the car will have the kit installed. I'll let you know how it feels.

hi,i have a 56 plate fr tdi which i bought at 3 months old, after it was about 12 months old it started making similar noises to what has previously been mentioned by other members.i have mentioned it on more than one occasion to my local dealership(l.c.charles at crewe, cheshire.)they have put it on the diagnostic twice now and say it is not showing any problems and that it is just the particulate filter regenerating but i'm not convinced!i have since done some research on possible recall issues,(forgive me if someone has already mentioned this but i'm reasonably new to this!)i found that that there was a recall on some 1,477 leon 2.0tdi's with the six speed box from the release date of 4/5/06,it reads as follows:"the two mass flywheel can become damaged because of a non-optimally designed through flow restrictor in the clutch pressure pipe.this can lead to a total failure of the flywheel and under unfavourable circumstances to a vehicle fire."if you want to see details of chasis no.s affected and action that should be taken go on to the vosa website and search leon recalls.it also affects octavias with the same engine and gearbox.if you know of any other recalls on leon mk11's let me know.ps. has anyone had a problem with a tapping/rattling sound from the left hand side of their fr around the point where the wing, bulkhead and lower corner of the windscreen meet?

Check this post Oil the people which have had the Owl/cowling noise..., maybe this is your case. Anyway regarding the transmision I can tell you that I'm very happy with the new SMF despite the noises which are louder when in neutral. I also changed the engine oil and it was an improvement (cold start and noises from the engine), from now on I will use Motul 300v Power Racing 5W30.
