Hi all

I wonder if anyone can help me. I had a lower wishbone changed yesterday. I got all the bushes and ball joint done with it along with the tracking.

However, there's now a really bad whining noise coming from that area, especially when I turn left. It's best described as the noise you get when your brakes squeal or the noise you get when a CV boot is out of grease.

I'm taking the car back to the garage today but in advance of me going I was wondering where anyone have any idea what could be causing this to I can go pre armed as best as I can as I when I called I got the usual push back around how it was fine when they road tested it.

Cheers

there is a stone guard/heat shield behind the disc, maybe that is bent slightly so it touches the disc. i have seen this befor.

Took the car back today and that's exactly what it was. The guard was rubbing against the disk. Now repositioned and sorted.

Cheers for responding.
