great job on the steering wheel cover looks good much better than the velcro cr#p from halfrauds!

Definately - i used to have an awful rubber halfords one. I got so used to it slipping all the time that it now feels weird that the cover doesn't move when I turn the wheel. The other good thing is that this new cover smells niiiice!! Again unlike the halfords one.

Just to say that after a month or two of driving around with the leather steering wheel cover I'm still loving it!!

I was a bit dubious that a piece of thin leather would make much difference to my horrible hard plasticky wheel but it really has!! Even though it's not increased the thickness of it by much it's made a huge difference to how it feels. And it still looks nice.

Though I do have to sort out some of the ends of the thread where I sewed it as they're sticking out a little bit. I'm going to secure the knots with some clear nail varnish and then cut the ends off.

Not a bad fix for someone who's got lots of patience (to wait for the thing to come in the first place and then to sew it on). Lot's cheaper than a new steering wheel especially if you have to get an airbag too....:D

I'm happy!:cartman: :drive1:
