Steering wheel is not align

Hi all
My steering wheel on my seat Leon Cupra 2019 have offset to the right while driving straight
And after turning right the steering wheel isn’t coming back to the middle the same way as turning left
Also when I am steering from lock to lock the position isn’t even

What is it tracking check ?

Sometimes called wheel alignment. I went through a set of tyres in two months as the chap who did my suspension didn't re-align the wheels.

My previous Leon was like this but never wore any tyres on the edges so seemed no point in adjusting the tracking/alignments..
