the car as it stands has a recerc valve, is it possible that if one pipe (the upper is diconnected and blocked the valve will make the woosh an obligitory pit ssshhh noise if not is there any dv out there the car will run with and you will get a loud pressure release??

If you block the top of the DV surely it will blow it to pieces!?

you should have searched, dont be lazy next time and use the search

you cannot block off one end of the recirc valve, that will cause real problems. certainly wont make any noise because the charge wont be released anywhere?

you want a wooooosh or a tsssshhhhhhh

then either get a proper cold air intake with a recirc valve or get the forge split r combi valve

I had to do a short stint without a jub clip on one of the pipes off the DV..

The car subsequently stalls once it pops off the pipe..
