Hi there , im searching for advise.
It all started with a loss of antifreeze, about 200 milliliters per 500 kilometers. I replaced the expansion tank because it was leaking, there was no change. There are no leaks anywhere, the system is inflated. I decided it was the head gasket, the head was removed and sent for inspection, grinding and valve adjustment, it was not leaking.
After repairing the head, I installed a GT1756V hybrid, a S3 Intercooler,4bar map, and hardpipe kit.
The car was mapped, but the loss of coolant continued, same quantity about 200ml per 500 km.
After 6-7 months of driving the car get throwing codes for MAP sensor.
I put the map out and there was a lot of oil on it. Cleaned put it back and everythings fine, till the MAP get dirty again.
So i decide to put out the valve cover breather hose and there was a creamy oil.Under the valve cover was a thick layer of this creamy oil, also in the boost pipes and hoses.
I change valve cover with new
EGR Cooler delete
New Oil Cooler,seals
Oil filter console New Gasket
New Coolant
New oil and filter
Drive it about 400km
And there is the result:
What can cause this ?
