Hello thokes

am quiet new on here I bought my silver 57plate 29000 mile ibiza cupra tdi back in january this is her was the cleanest one i could find looking arround for months

and since then was running brilliantly. Until i got a dodgie remap done on it and the turbo then lasted 2 weeks turbo went on 1st july 2011.
But never mind these things happen i complained to seat but they were not interested so i went about getting these sorsed

md515 stage 2 hybrid brand new unit
milteck large bore downpipe and full system
k&n pannel filter

the turbo arived 3rd july 2011 these aint cheap are they lol

so i sent it to the garage to get fitted the bloke who does my cars is a top bloke but he said it was a fiddly job. so the car got a oil change and filter as this is ment to happen for the garantee for the turbo.

I just got the car back yesterday and to be honest it is still smoking like a steam train but this is because the exhaust is full of oil. role on monday when my exhaust arrives. and then it will need mapped.

any good sugestions and let me no what use guys think cheers

a little update the milteck full system and the pannel filter arived 11.07.12 yesterday here are some pics up at the garage getting it fitted

pointless pictures to be honest as my phone was in the car up on the lift lol. but exhaust on and pannel filter fitted alls good so far sounds class like used about £20 of diesel yesterday liking the noise so much.

need a early night tonight as well as off to p torque tomorrow gota set off at 5.30am to get there for 10 hope she comes home with 230 240 bhp and more torque than i can torque lol

To be honest it is my family car lol. Fanci a stubby airial but will see. Am at p torque now will seems a top bloke like. Quiet like the look of standard. But by all means fellas let me no your views on what you think I should do

Very nice car mate , what sort of power is it running?
Will you be changing the clutch too?

Well p torque just finished it made 230bhp but he had to put the torque back down as it started to slip. So the torgue is 326lb/ft witch ain't bad for standard clutch. But he said it was still making power and when it started to slip was 340 lb/ft but he said it still had more to go he said he thought it would make 360 and about 235 bhp. So need a clutch and another 400 mile trip lol. Any of use any idea what the paddle clutches are like

Thats some decent figures considering your on std clutch. I have got a sach organic clutch (supplied by p-torque) in my hybrid.

yes it aint bad. i am confused tho my mate has a fabia vrs and it has a pd150 turbo on it front mount and a jabasport custom map and i have just spoke to him and he has just said that his car is 196bhp and 362lbft of torque. does this sound right on the standard pd150 turbo

when i was driving the car home i was enjoying my self as you do and blew a couple of seals lol.
so today went back up to the garage
one of the offending culprits pipe off turbo dont no if you can see but the lugs had worne

so got a new one on today £82 it cost what a rip but that was with 3 seals and 3 retaing clips the other seal was for the seal that goes on that push fit clamp on the inlet manifold as the car blew that seal out as well lol so when it was on the ramp got some more pics

just shows how much better it is running as look at the bumper after 250 miles this time
