cheers.... £550 + installation....interesting...i thought the LCR has 2 FMIC's?

nope, it has two side mounts (SMIC) behind the fogs/infront on the wheel arch liners.
The LC has one SMIC on the offside,
the LCR has two SMICs, one offside one nearside. (although each are slightly smaller than the single SMIC on the LC so its not quite double the cooling)

if you change to FMIC then it will be one intercooler. the forge i think is a dual pass intercooler.

IIRC the LCR is single pass but the LC version is twin pass

Milltek dont do a 3" dp for the LCR. I'm still looking into this for myself!! as I have Millteks cat back system and their hi-flow cat leaving only the downpipe as standard!!!!!

Also Awesome gti recommended changing from the Revo Stage 2 software when I got the 3" dp because it couldnt deal with the extra flow (just repeating what ive been told)

Here's the Miltek Tail pipe. You cant really see it but there are 2 pipes feeding into the embelisher

but the new cupra has one doesn't it? then you can buy another one that turns it into a twintercooler? or me being mad??

thats right, i think its a case of adding a front intercooler rather than replacing the existing.

funny as i was laughed at when i proposed that for the LCR!

oh well.

so am i to presume miltek do a downpipe, but not 3" something like 2.75"?

I always thought that the BF stuff was not great quality. Ive read a few threads on here about welds cracking or blowing etc. and a friend of mine has just got his fitted to his accord type r and it sounds awful!!! like theres loose metal vibrating all along the system!! luckily his girlfriend lives near BF so he's dropping it in to get it fixed.

Is it on ly the bad reviews ive been reading??

A weld went on my D/P which cost me to get fixed as i couldn't sent it back to them as i didn't have one to put on my car whilst it was with Blueflame. Mine doesn't sound like there's loose metal but that maybe because i have a different backbox.
