Just need to find a drive shaft bolt now, vag dealers are all out and most are closing early for stocktake today.
New std box is going on with a different final drive, couldn't find a diff in time though
New manifold and loads of other little 'bits' lol

CEL did turn out to be my resistors for the n112's, rock on.
Order a new vag com cable, 12.99 delivered from vagproducts.co.uk, new bonnet lifters (say thank **** matt lol), and a chrome oil cap like you got ryan.
Need to order those hose finishers today as well.
Pick up one seat tomorrow with some side mounts and a subframe, and hopefully my harness should turn up this morning.

why exactly is the lump out then matt? i think i vaguely remember you saying u had a rattle from the g'box so thats the obvious reason but what are these other bits you've mentioned, i miss my cupra, im so tempted to pick up another cheapie!
Hes changed his gearbox dave, plus fitted a THS log manifold at the same time.
He just phoned me over the moon saying he got third gear!

cant be bothered i have had a garret gt2860 awaitin to go on was thinkin of it but not sure i want to cz id have to take the lot off so jus get as much cash as poss and go big or go home

Anyone know where the fecking grommet on the passenger side is? I'm running the cable for my battery relocation and cant find the bloody thing.

Manifold bolts were a total pig, even with the engine on the garage floor. Just cant get in there with anything to tighten them up. Fit is tight lol
