it should just fit as standard if you are running the standard cooler
as it has been pushed back to fit, then yes you will need to trim it. Best way to trim it, either with a blade from a dremel multitool, or the usual small saw. Cut it bit by bit so you dont cut off too much
best way to say is loosen the pipe from the IC pipe onto the throttle body pipe, and place it over one another to see how much it overlaps - this will give you an idea of how much you need to cut away

general rule of thumb is that no pipe on an engine should be kinked as I am sure you know
you should feel a slight improvement in performance due to a smoother running intake of air, as the kink will cause a disruption to the air flow

That is listed for the 180bhp engine, is it the same for the LCR because I can't see anything similar under the listings for an LCR.

Would be useful to see a slightly wider angle photo, looks like you just need to trim a bit off as stated.

they don't appear to do a set, other than a combination of intercooler and the main turbo pipe, but these are all sold seperately
take a look at Awesomegti....they seem to do some good combinations of pipes
Perhaps give Forge a call mate, see what they say? they may say it will just need trimming

Just did a quick fix at lunch, took off approx 20mm. The down part of the pipe is now verticle, i am assuming this is correct or should it be at a slight slant?

The angle is not too important mate really, I think the main issue is that the tube should be a uniform shape on the inside so the air flows properly.
