Side repeaters - faulty!

Hello everyone!

Side repeaters isn't working properly...
When I push the side repeater arm to flash either right or left side, I found out that the side repeater light lights up constantly to each respective side (depending on what direction I push the arm).
There is no "click" sound (from the relay I guess) to tell you that you got the side repeaters turned on, and the indicator light for side repeater (below the speedometer) is constantly on - matching the constant glowing side repeaters.

A few weeks ago the problem appeared first time, and has appeared a few times since (and now constant). I thought it was the side repeater arm itself that was making rubbish since I could just wriggle the arm up and down fast to provoke the side repeater light to function properly.

Is this simply a faulty relay? Couldn't be the side repeater arm with the new constant fault could it?

(At least the new fuelpump is working perfectly...)

Problem fixed!

Problem fixed - and yes it was the relay.
Just bought a new one and fitted it 1 minute later.

brilliant. just think if you took it to a garage? they charge you the earth. anyway, glad you got it sorted.

Hiya mate i have same problem could you tell me how much did the relay cost? best place to get it from? and finally how to replace the faulty one? thanks in advance.

Could be worse, could have your smoked lens just randomly fall off the indicator unit. Fail.
