It is a shame, but try and find a minter without the usual rotten body work thats been looked after, its damn near impossible!

I found a right dog of a MK2 that had been traded in for scrappage so i nicked some bits, shame it was only a 1.4 or i'd have had more.

One day ill have a vr6 but the MPG on the 75 and 90 bhp diesals are incredible i could run it on £40 a month. As opposed to the ibiza that runs on £40 a week. Plus my insurance on a diesal vento would be £200.....its almost laughable !!!

get the body work sorted, get it slammed through the floor and some nice shiney wheels...i'd be a happy man....my wallet would be fatter to !!

yeah, i lay back and take it easy and i get kids with ' STREET RACE' stickers all over there punto's racing me and looking at me. I know deep down i could take them !

in the vento i dont think ill care though, got a nice DUB private plate lined up and ill more than happily rock back and ride it low and slow !!!....i might be slow but it will look awesome !

haha i'm the same, some prat in a old corsa was driving up my ass, i didn't care, (i think he had a redtop conversion, so a 2.0 litre c20 xe i think) then he went to overtake me, i said forget this, downshifted and booted it, he couldn't overtake haha
then i went slow again, he knew i wasn't playing, so he turned off the road (trying to get ahead of me) he came out behind me again haha, was sooo funny!

yeah i want a mk1/2 golf dubbed, if it's dubbed i won't be thrashing it (scared of scraping etc) will save my license aswell (funny how we're going to VW's only if they did the 2 models we want lol)
