Any chance @Pher at looking at why this updated file isn't working?

Just for the record, i'm working on a way to extract files from .nfs skin files. I think would be better to create a new thread for users that want to make new skins. When i'm done i will give all the software to decode and encode nfs files. I have already a decode software that works

Not sure if you know anything about these .kbi files, I found a Java program for extracting/encoding nfs files on the net, v0.8 NFSExtrator. If you manage to make another app or work out how to extract these kbi files then another tread for skinning would be awesome.

Just gave this a try and all seems to work except for the boost gauge which doesn't seem to work and sits at 0.

I'm driving a 1.4 ACT FR Edition

Is just the pressure gauge that is not working??
In the old version (first one), the boost gauge was working?

I can tell which bytes have changed and you can do the changes yourself.
I will tell on the end of the day (currently i'm working...).

Boost gauge wasn't working on the 1.4act engine on both the original, before I updated, and on this update as reported by dandanman. Must be due to the engine rather than the update? Any1 driving the ACT engine tried the boost gauge?

Can confirm the new file has working boost gauge on my 14 plate 1.2 TSI, with Fresh updated Garmin software 7.14.

Lazy I know but to save me reading through 11 pages worth would like to know what I can add to a new FR 1.4 ACT in 2 weeks time.

What will it be missing when compared to a Cupra ?
What will Phers amended file give me back ?

Yea the old version the boost guage sat at 0, must have been 7.13.10. As it wasn't working set it back to standard with the new update, and imagine it still won't work due to the set up the act engine uses.

I never tried a Cupra, so i can just say that the G-Force gauge will not show any values (stuck on zero). Other inssue is the boost gauge values that may be not real.

With this file you will have some features that exist only on Cupra models like a velocity panel with a sporty style (revs + gear), boost gauge, stop-watch timer 0-100 km/h (0-60m/h) and distance timer.
