On mine... its got to do with the belts only being changed, and not the full kit.
Ive had a faulty water pump break in the past... Had to get half the engine done.
I've been told by another bloke who checks the car now that the whole kit has not been fitted.
I've been told its a bearing that screeches a little...
Im not the most mechanically minded bloke in the world... but its there near the bottom of the timing belt... and it goes away ...
