deffo no need for a 205 on a 7"rim! thats too wide!
the widest id go on a 7J is 195 on the old polo i was running 185/45/15's on 7j's with a very subtle amount of strech

I was going to go with a 195 wide tyre but after speaking to a few people with the wheels or a cupra R, the majority/all of them had a 205 wide tyre on the wheel. Also to keep the rolling radius as close as possible to the standard steelies I had to go for a 205.

195 tyres would of been cheaper, wish I could of got away with them.

Lol just cause everyone says something doesnt mean it's right. You are more protected from curbing with the wider tyres though.
