I emailed CR Turbos and asked them about inline filters, they said:

"Inline oil filters are a great idea, as long as now and again you remember to check it and clean it when necessary."

So I am happy to leave it on there.

That'd be good enough for me mate. I know that you give everything that goes on your car full consideration.

Fitted the new 225 BAM fuel rail, along with a new 4-BAR FPR:

I used my dremel to clean up the FPR clip and also the injector retaining clips as they were all a bit corroded.

Got word today that all my parts have been powdercoated now, so should have them back early next week. :)

Someone asked me the point in changing the fuel rail to the BAM version? Reason is the hose ends are different angles so I can run the fuel lines under the intercooler pipe instead of over the top, looks better. Plus it all looks nice and clean now!

Powercoated bits arrived today, PPS have done a great job as usual:

I decided to inject a bit more colour into my engine bay, too much black is boring! If i decide not to do trackdays I will fit the OE powdercoated sump at the next oil change.

Manged to get the lower brace fitted back on later today:

More pics of the other bits once fitted.

Thanks Rob. My mate was looking for someone recently but couldn't really find a good source but looking at his work here he knows what he is doing.

Looks like he has a problem with his site, looks like its been hacked, poor guy!!

Rob, what front upper strut brace you got there if you don't mind me asking? I need to find one like that where its just straight as I have a jabbasport heat shield which fits great but I won't be able to fit the S3 one alot of people seem to be going for. Thanks!
