Mods have only been an extra £40 so far. Compared to an extra £500 for a turbo.

By flat spot do you mean when Im at a junction, put my foot down and it does literaly nothing until a few seconds later. If so, they yes. That pisses me right off! It feels like My foot is controlling a servo that think im going accelerate, when I wanna accelerate.

I totally understand mate but definitely check out the pricing of running a 1.4 TSI, there is no difference for me compared to my old 1.4 NA Ibiza. Surely the insurance on your car is a bit more now due to the mods on it?

Anyway we're going a little off topic. Do you get ticked off with the flat spot?

My 1.4TSI doesn't cost me much more than my 1.2 Polo SE.

Apart from the extra £70 insurance per year and the extra is costs for Vpower over regular unleaded.

The NA 1.2 & 1.4 VAG engine are quite old and not as efficient as you may think.

e.g. the 1.2 NA compared to the 1.2 TSI - The TSI produces more power, less emissions and provide better fuel economy.

Thats the one!
When you think you had enough space to pull out on a roundabout but because of that, the car ends up being alot closer to your right. Its so unsafe.

And I get the reaction of 'AHHHHHH!' from my boyfriend lol.

Well sorry to burst your.bubble here :p it doesn't :)
The only thing I have tried and tested is called a pedal box. It increases the responsiveness of the accelerator, like a sport button in cars.
If you have a dealer near you, I'm sure they will let you try one out

As further reading about it, it doesnt seem to be just a signal increase. Most people are saying just put your foot down harder. That does not work..

I work on auto electrics integrating them daily and there is just no other way it could work an electric sensor in the pedal broadcasts its signals to the ECU which then determins how far the pedal is pressed.

Normally you have either 1 high and 1 low voltage to mean the signals or you have inversed signals and mean it that way. All this can do is maybe smooth the signal and increase it.

This is the ONLY way it can work tbh.

Essentially it is the same as most automatic cars in sport mode.

OK, so if sport mode in cars work, why shouldnt this? People have said its not a bhp increase, but more of a responsive throttle.

Out of all of the recent reviews I have read, non of them have said its bollcks or crap. It may be worth a shot, providing I can get my money back if it does not work lol.

Speak with the supplier mate, ask him if it's on a 30 day guarentee :)
