Just wondering if there is any special technique to getting the window rubber/seal off, it's the part that cleans all the rain off when you lower the window???

Not sure to be honest on the fronts, but i replaced the rear drivers side one as my wife caught the very front bit as she got out, and bent it at 90deg.

The rear seal is just clipped onto the top edge of the doorskin. You push down on it to release the top edge, which then can be pryed forward and down.

Elsawin would be your best bet though.

Get the edge of the trim where the two doors meet, and twist it slightly so you can see down into it. You should see the hook in Phil's photo. Disengage that, then the rest of the trim will lift out vertically. The front doors come out as one piece, the backs are joined to the rear quarter rubber.
