Haha, busted. I tried using my GHD straightners but to no avail .
I chose not to use tar remover because, well, it wasn't needed.
Pulling off the letters proved tough in my case, so the heat from the hair dryer helped losen things up.
I then picked the rest of the foam off with the club card to reveal the left over glue. This was unstuck with the hot water and light scrubbing with the sponge...all gone. Then it was clayed (just for good measure) and waxed (as I had waxed the rest of the car on Friday) to match. Ta daa.
As you say R69, much cleaner looking.
