Rear Lights Cover?

just a mod i had never seen before but made them look a bit different

hm nice thought but light brows look a bit obviously stuck on. plus they probably aren't road legal cos of some EU law stating rear lights have to have a mimimum surface area or something.

o the silver bit is defo a stuck on light brow, but I reckon the black is just a tint from underneith

the black tint are actual lights, seen them on german ebay
