Rear Courtesy Lights

Thanks to R6_allan and MDS for the instructions - did mine at the weekend and they look good! Although I lost a little metal spring clip on both sides (it pinged off somewhere in the roof!) that keeps them in place, but fortunately good old blu-tak saved the day.

How do you remove the courtesy light?
My rear passenger one doesn't work and I can't see any screws which hold it on and I didn't want to pull it in case I broke it!

I'd hope it was just a bulb, as they are extortionate new from a dealers.

On the side closest to the front of the car. Slide a thin bladed screwdriver down the edge and there is a metal clip. Just push this in and the light should start to lift off.
Do not pull or try and force it whatever you do ;)

Any idea where brighter ones are avalible? These do give a very nice colour into the rear, but there's just no power behing them! cant tell if they are off or on most the time.

has anyone got ebay links to some od these T5 bulbs. ive looked but T5's look different from each other. Do i have to remove the bulb from its holder or can you get leds in the correct size holder for a straight swap ?

im going to pull my interior rears out in the morning and have a look

think i need to buy T5 Neo Wedge (Xenon White) Dash LED Bulbs
