Thanks mate, your right in saying others make it sound so difficult. Once I knew exactly whats needed all I had to do was have a look at the system and it made sense. Now that I know its correct I'll take the car for a spin tomorrow and see what its like.

I'm very happy with the car, nearly 1 year of ownership and at the moment I cant see me wanting anything else for a long time, I love these cars.

It's crying out for coilovers though.

yeah coilovers are amazing, i highly recommend the ap's. so much comfort even being 30-35mm lower than standard and speed bumps are no problem.
your car should be fine and there is no chance of split breathers anymore
also i should receive my custom catch can next week so i will get the pics off to you.
i ordered some stainless steel nuts and bolts to fit my strut brace

Do u need that non return valve as mine never had one

No mate, you can use the original valve from the PCV system and just cap off one of the ends.

what catch can did you use dude? iv been meaning to do this for a while now.

Its just a Toyosport one off ebay, I'm hoping to get a custom one courtesy of sambryant soon.

I had some vac pipe left over from the PCV removal so I decided to replace a few more pipes and took a few pictures:

Cheers mate, you'll need:

19mm silicone hose
19mm elbow joiner
8/9mm vac pipe
Non return valve
and suitable jubilee clips

you dont need a brake booster use ya old 1 from under the manni and rich you shud have moved it further up so you carnt see it pics in me rr thread.
