Raising bonnet

and is it easy to align the bonnet again??

Had a go at this today, realised my 1" spacers were far to big from the start so I cut them down to 1 just over half inch and 1 just under........and they were still far to big and the bonnet hit the wings at the back.

Have given up as your only able to lift it ever so slightly and although that might help a little it just looks like you have a poorly fitted bonnet....I don't think you'd raise it to much more than that chap has already posted earlier in the thread.

that sounds like a challenge to me.will get some longer bolts and more washers and get some pics up.

Well guys, I'm not going to be doing this one after some words of wisdom from Forge Motorsport.
As suspected there will be a pressure drop in the radiator/FMIC area which will DRASTICALLY reduce the air flow through these causing potential problems.

It doesn't work, you can only get a tiny amount of adjustment before it hits the wings......just makes it look like a ill fitting bonnet.
