day three update,
sadly my pc is simply not powerful to edit all my vids, its doing some of the shorter ones so i'll upload them.
progress for today, i have flatted the shell thats going into paint sometime this aft, the sills/bumpers are bing fusor'd right now, so they should be ready for primer early tomorrow,
will update the thread with pics soon

fusor is the only ins approved method for reparing bumpers and plastics, its expensive though at £50 a tube

Though thats what you meant although I wondered if you were using it to bond the skirts on and flush the bumpers in.
Is it the 2 part fusor stuff in the big tubes thats a bitch to squeeze out? sands down really fine?

well today is nearly over,
whats been done today:
sills are in fusor, as is the rear bumper
the doors, front bumper are into primer,
oh and the shell is painted
before
after
todays man hours:
14hrs
tomorrow, plan is to do the roof satin black, paint the doors and front bumper and finish the filling so friday i can do the rest

the quality is crap and theres no sound but you get the jist, its taken my pc over 6hrs to edit that haha. once im done i will get it all done professionally
basically its the final filling stages, i do have the welding stuff, but will save that for next week.
