me and pat have just finished installing a catch can in mine, alot more complex than the aum haha, but we got it done.

guy's genuis when it comes to the pvc system

whats the advantages of the catch tank mate?

just catches all the gunk and stuff, to stop it accumalating in the engine and pipes,

Where was that photo taken/gunk from? I understand what a catch can does, but can you fit it to any car? Is it just from the head breather pipe?

that was from a mates aum, 1.8t golf

i believe a catch tank, can be fitted to any cars breather system, it just patches into the system.

as were quite busy the start date keeps going back lol, i have been told monday now by the mother, and im holding here to this one haha

manged to start the car after lunch.


basically the whole car has been stripped, all parts off etc.


the video stuff is just uploading so i can edit it, keep checking it should be up within the hour

well im having a mare of a time getting the video editing stuff to save, its currently on 176minutes till completion,

vid is just uploading to youtube now, window movie maker took over 3hrs to process and save the file, so left it running all night lol

it wasnt youtube,

im using windows movie maker to speed up and add titles, but app when you save it, the program does each step one at a time, i have 3hrs of video, speeded up 5times haha, so it took ages, the clip is under 5mins now.

well here it is day one, finally

the video took an age for windows to process

total time about 7man hours
