Nice one Lee.

Yeah, I did the extra 1/4 turn. I guess it depends on the length of your touque wrentch to give you the leverage.

I used pleanty of copper grease too. Horrible stuff but does the trick!!

P.S Remember were not moding our cars were just making the mass production bad bits better by installing aftermarket good bits

It's funny hearing (seeing...) you say that, as that's always been my approach to modifying cars. I'm not interested in bodykits and stuff like that, I like the OE+ look of making the standard bits better or different :)

Exactly we all know that manufacturers have strict rules to follow when producing parts so parts on your cars are possibly not as good as thay could be due to restrictions or mass production. So all the tuners do is look where these parts can be improved an wola. So its not boyracing its taking tuning seriously and looking after our pride and joys.

Just fitted my new dong mount! had to beat witha hammer to get the bush to settle in.

One thing im abot conncerned was when i remove the two bolts (one chasis - near the bush). They came out easly have huge thug, but when the time came to re bolting it. it felt abit crunchy like if there was dirt or some thing.
It did bolt on tighly (didnt over tighten it!)
Any one else had the similer issue?
