No you put the bit of card over the bottom of turbo to seal it then fill the turbo up with the cleaning solution, leave it for a while then spray the other stuff in to remove all the gunk.

The other part is a fuel additive I think.

you get two cans, you spray the first can in and leave it for an hour, this forms a gel with sticks to the carbon deposits. the second spray removes the gel and the carbon its stuck to.

I bought mine off ebay. you also get a fuel treatment bottle which goes directly in the fuel filter and cleans the injectors.

if you buy the kit you have to drain the fuel filter to use this bottle or it end up all over your windscreen washer bottle as i discovered.
