No I’m sure for a half competent person however it’s not such a difficult job, but I struggled and gave up and have booked it into a garage to get it done as well as a lower engine mount

Splitter in general are, unless it’s made by maxton as they don’t seem to pre drill holes in theirs.

My Reiger one was a piece of cake to do. And I think it suits the car too.

They are all fine, you either get a body shop to fit them (I paid £130 for splitter and side skirts) or you fit them as per the fitting instruction and for the Maxton it does say you need two people to fit it.

I agree. It’s all down to personal choice. There’s a good selection out there. You just need to go for the one you like the most...and get a friend to give you a hand.

I was lucky my neice’s bf is a big car fanatic and has a garage with a full car lift. Made it super easy to fit mine.

I got them here in the UK https://www.wheelbasealloys.com/all...t-special-offer-/red/19-inch/seat/leon/mk3-5f

I also phoned them direct because I could get the wheels and rubber at other stores cheaper but they price matched it.

But you can order direct from oz or lots of other wheel places will get them for you

When ordering make sure you quote the offset you want, they originally gave me a 38 offset which I don't think would have fitted.

And I am very pleased you went with this car I think it looks great and the 6 speed box is very good

I took it to a body shop to fit them, according to the fitting instruction you need two people to fit the front spoiler (as the Maxton one does not come with pre drilled holes).

One last thing the Pre Facelift and Facelift have different sections on the Maxton Site make sure you get the correct ones.
