Awsome advice thanks Tash! I'll give Bill a little nudge then to see what he can come up with! Note to nev... i went out in my mates 206 who has a Green cotton system fitted and im impresses! Gives a lovey note id be well happy with, but his is fed to the front of the engine and its sat inside a 'scoop' to catch more air flow which im sure would help a lot.

yes expect it would. I've looked at either relocating or heat shields, and the second is deffinatley cheaper to do properly. Might be purchasing a set from Green, one for the open cone and the other for the breather filter. That way saves me the hastle of getting one made really.

hi, there is no need to put a heat shield on the breather filter, the job of this filter is to vent crank case pressure and oil vapour, the manufacturers feed this mixture back in to the inlet to be burnt off during combustion, which eliminates the need for them to fit a catch tank.
