Muttley, thanks for the clarification, I realise that this graph does not apply to PD engines, I could tell from the lack of PD options to select but my question still stands, how can you then tell if someone has put the cambelt on wrong or slipped a tooth and is causing a high advance or high retard timing.
My PD150 has white smoke at startup and idleing, has had crap mpg since I got it, feels like its under fuelled goes through the rev range so quick without producing much power, hell my 110 ASV TDI was quicker and did better mpg and that had quite a few mods and that was running 167 bhp.
