There are always new things like this. But I can't guarantee that my assumption is correct. My experience has always shown this to be the case so far.

Experience of some on here is that it is better to replace the heater matrix since often cleaning it is a temporary fix only and getting to it even to clean it is quite difficult.

Replacement at home takes a few hours.

Here's when I did it: https://www.seatcupra.net/forums/th...ething-problems-but-sorted-in-the-end.476713/

Might also need to remove the 'bag of beads' in the coolant header tank (or fit a new tank without such a bag).

So shuld i try to clean it to cheak if it is the problem and the replaci to be 100% sure that i have fund the mistake

Up to you, but replacements are not that expensive (or they weren't in the summer!). Cleaning it might work for a few months or longer if you're lucky!

If you are doing the work yourself - by all means take out the heater matrix and back flush it with mains water - and see if this cures your problem.
Lots of posts on hear regarding heater matrix.
I found the usual garden hose adapters fit will in the matrix allowing good pressure.
I flushed my matrix many times hoping each time would be the last, but it turned out to only be a temporary fix for me - I eventually brought a new matrix and haven't had the issue since. You should flush the whole cooling system first before fitting your new matrix.

From experience it really isn't worth flushing the matrix. For the time and effort to remove it, you may as well spend €80 fitting a new one.

These are some instructions that may be helpful.
