Refreshing to see someone take the time to sign up and actively sort out an issue.
I've had my kit on the pre-face lift for months with no issues. i've just jinxed myself but know who I'll be getting replacements from :cartman:

Thanks for all the comments folks.

We have a new set of Canbus festoons in, some of which have worked and some havent. I think the new chips when they arrive will be a tester. Sadly they are a few weeks off being ready. As soon as we get them ill make sure we get them out and tested on those having problems.

If an LED lamp fails do you get the dash light? Or does its trickery continue to trick?

When you say rear, do you mean number plate bulbs or rear interior bulbs?

Personally, I don't mind the warning light being on. I have heard it could have consequencies later but I will deal with that when it happens. I just want some to actually light up. Had 3 ebay sets (albeit cheap) and none actuially light up, reversed or otherwise.

I have a PreFL by BTW

Yeah, the number plate bulb but it's the same bulbs for the rear interior and the interior light at the sunvisors. These were from Parts U Like's ebay store, Number plate lights and front side lights for £11, bargain and as said no fault light.

Arrived today

Got the standard kit and they gave me an extra light for the boot

Great service would recommend to anyone thinking of getting new bulbs

Hello,

Do you sell P21W type LED bulbs? I know it's not part of the kit but looking to replace my brake lights and was looking at something like this RED CANBUS-Safe P21W

I'm looking to get the interior kit you sell was wondering if it might be possible to also get these?

I'm actually questioning myself now whether these P21W LED Brake bulbs would work? Would these get "brighter" when the pedal is pushed like the single filament bulbs? Or would they just be a constant brightness??

They would look awesome with standard brake lenses.

Btw, the normal bulbs are a single filament type, so they would do the same

Cool - I just thought the way LEDs worked they were a digital On / Off type thing... so it would be as bright as it gets with one voltage / current as it would be with a higher voltage / current?? Don't fancy spending £18 on 2 bulbs that won't work lol!
