hi mate get a pd160 intake and a green cotton filter i have been running that setup since i got my car and have never had a problem also i would say get a miltek exhaust sounds nice and helps engine breath a bit better, other than that next mod is big turbo!! well worth it mate!!

Air flow meters are one of the most common problems with any VAG engine, standard or mapped, standard filter or after market. I'd definately recommend at least doing a replacement panel filter to allow for a lot better air flow.

hi guys the revo cost me £468.53 inc vat and it's putting ot 168bhp and 280lb ft of tourqe thats what theguys who set it all up told me but when i get a chance to im gonna put it on the dyno and get the prober readings.

so asking the same question again what engine mods can i get for 130 tdi 2003 reg ibiza which wont **** my engine up? also do anyone know where i can get a real cupra r body kit and the wheels?

does anyone know where i can get a good miltek exhaust boughht and fitted close to norwich?

what kind of panel filter should i get?
sorry about all the questions but i would rather do this right then do it wrong and screw me car up

Get the PD160 air intake and a green cotton filter

JBS Auto design can sort you out with these. They are in the sponsors section I think.

this helps the turbo spool up faster and generally helps the car breath better

how much is the filter mate?

yeah the performance is much better i can do 130 and it still stays just under the 3000rpm so the turbo keeps kicking in and the mpg has only changed a little bit but not much unless i thrash it and then yes the mpg is rubbish. have you had the remap done or thinking about it getting it done

When I got the filter and intake I think it was about £70 all in.

Dead easy to fit. just need a philips screwdriver.

10 mins job max. (including making a cuppa tea)

The PD160 intake is just the intake from a cupra. it is a bit wider thus allows more air through.

You could buy one from the dealership - it comes in 2 parts.

I don't have a pic of it unfortunately.

well when i was thrashing the car on the dual carriage way and the mpg went down to 32.6mpg so it's not bad but wheni drove it normal i can get 49 - 51 mpg doing 65 - 70mph it just depends on how hard you drive mate.

what year is yours mate? and i don't have any mods thats the problem i'v been told not to get any as this is as good as it can get. i didn't believe them so thats why im asking for help on here.
