Well, suppose i shoud update this.

Been a while, due to me breaking up with my long term fiance and moving back in to my parents. finally got the car back last week, quite difficult to move a shell with no steering!

anyway:
I have this turbo now:

The specs:
T3/T4 STAGE V Turbo
. T3 6 bolt outlet turbine housing .83 A/R
. 76 trim T350 turbine wheel (stage 5)
. T04E housing 2.5" inlet 2.5" outlet
. 56 trim GT40 compressor wheel 2.41/3.22 (61mm inducer) and flow 65lb/min
. Divided Turbo Flange

It also comes with this:
manifold
wastegate
blow off vale
fitting kit
manual boost controller
large core intercooler
various blue silicone and blue alloy pipe to make inlet

But anyway update. Nothing exciting, just making use of the space i have and a spare day.

The decided that due to the sheer amount of torque and power i intend on running, I was going to seam weld the front end.

Thats all for now. over to get the engine tomorrow, get it on the stand and built up. going to buy a compressor tomorrow too, to get the interior in primer.

Then cleaned and prepped the rear half of the interior and got it in primer.

Right. update time.

So, i got the engine finished yesterday before i went out to meet a lovely lady..

Today, engine came out my room and got bolted to the recon'd box with the quaife fitted.
Then i found i'd lost my engine hoist. lol. turns out mattyo still had it. so, got a hand to lift it in, and decided im using the EVO intercooler that was fitted to my ex's leon.

I then went on to fit the external waste gate and turbo.

then the wiring, and started doing the fuel lines properly.
