Ric 2001

Need an ID-ten-T form
Rash cupra had a quaife diff fitted to his mk4 :D and Ric_2001 has a pelequin diff (i think) but he has informed me of a major problem with the crown wheel now being 1mm shorter so hopefully quaife have recognised this and i can get this fitted no bother but only time will tell i suppose :(

It a wavetrac diff, a very different diff (mechanically) to peloquin and quaife, something about no-load performance.

All looks good, the diff was the best bit for me, pulls you round corners.

Just need a job so I can get back unto the car.

Do us a favor buddy.

Can you measure the diameter of each side of the pipes and tell us your results?

Ie the stock pipes are wider towards the throttle body, then their diameter is reduced etc etc...

Ive decided to go with a company i bought the diff off. After realising ive got the wrong diff well it needs maching to fit and Vince at Stealth Racing has done this before i decided hes the man to do it!

I thought about your bro scott but i think this is a job he couldnt have done in the drive as the whole gearbox needs to come out and final drive stripped down. Then realising it needs machined it would be too much hassle, so going down to Northampton 9-11 august to get it fitted gonna treat it as a wee holiday aswell

Just seen that hose kit on ebay whilst searching and saw they were 150 quid, got plenty of dosh splashing around at the mo it seems :p

What brand of gauges do you have bud? I've been looking to get an oil temperature gauge and I can't find an electrical oil temp gauge to match my boost gauge. Yours look good, any details? :D

Hartosh1;3056901@Rich yeh this is the gauge i have mate [url said:
http://prosportgauges.com/52mm-electric-oil-temperature-gauge.aspx[/url] im unsure if theres an option to get it in degrees as a few people have clocked mine at 180F and thought it was a bit high

Cool, thanks :) they look good, still a little different from my autogauge boost gauge though. Still, it's the best looking oil temp gauge I've seen. I'd have to change my boost gauge to one of those to match, but the reviews of the boost gauge say it's inaccurate :(

Don't really know what to do about them really. I could really do with an oil temp gauge with my setup.

I guess I could always save for Defi gauges but they're megabucks :ban:
