Bought This on Friday, with no mot n no tax, stunning car went for a drive ect, perfect I thought!
Today went down to my lock up, looked over it, high level brake light inop, taped over until I can be bothered fixed it,
Washer bottle empty, fill it up to find it all coming back out, the gromit from the pump missing, a trip to halfords and its all sorted, next up was inop indicator bulb on the osf, replaced bulb still inop noticed a random plug... Found the fog light plug in to inductor swapped them over and it's all sorted,
Slung in 15l of v power and the eml light comes on, shows the sai fault cleared it and its stayed off, hopefully now it's all ready to go and will pass!! Although airbag lights on hopefully getting vagcom tomorrow night to switch it off before the test on Tuesday,
Star proformance remap? Anyone got any experience with there maps? Considering getting motor werks to get it stage 1 mapped instead, all in all I'm happy with it, will see how I get on once it passes its mot ect,
Next on the list will be clutch n fly wheel? What's a decent upgrade on these?
