hey nev, awesome car bud! was just wondering what them tyres were like in the wet? just for every day driving?
also are you just using springs to lower your car? if so how much would you say they'd dropped it? and where from and how much were they?

the tyres are not as bad as people would say in the wet, i just dont drive silly on the road anyway to be fair,i save it for the track, not worth buying if you dont track the car but just done the ring with them and they just kept gripping.

they are kw springs about 30mm drop, i get all my stuff from mike at www.randbmotorsport.co.uk

no cant remember mate, give him a bell, he can supply anything, let him know nev gave you his details.

ye well chuffed, ive done coilovers on other cars but wanted to keep this as a comfy usable car but wanted it lowered for looks,

the ride is spot on, im not worried about shox, it feels the same as standard springs.

thanks mate, ive had some awsome cars but for some reason the LCR is the best so far,

for what springs cost its worth giving them a try first, you can always upgrade,

my mate has just done coilovers and he tracks it all the time, he is chuffed with them on the track but has had enough of them on the road,
think he will sell them for ones with adjustable damping.

mate where did you get that gauge holder??

and I have to agree with people on here, this is one mint looking LCR. there is another red one a few threads down with BBS rims in dark color which also looks ace!

Engine looks good too, however that sticker on the charge pipe has got to go! seen it on a few others too, what is it? a hand sayign don't touch because could be hot? If so they might as well put one on all parts in engine, brakes, exhaust etc...

think the bay polished would look great!

ye, its not a sticker mate, stamped on there, im not really a polished bling fan, more the hardcore look, am getting them powdercoated the same colour as the car, like in my avi,

the cup holder gauge is from race diagnostics. going to mod the gauge holder so it fits flush with the face plate.

cheers for the coments,
