willie, was better with a ramp, i removed the bottom stud from the turbo as the old pipe wouldnt drop down to come out, the top bolt on the turbo was a pain to get to and a socket and normal spanner didnt have enough room to loosen it so i chopped an S shapped spanner in half and that was alot easyer. might of been easyer to get to if i removed the charge pipe first.
the new one slid in perfect, took me about 3 hours to do, worth it though,
D.K and fox,
really chuffed, the power is spot on, pulls hard all the way round, amd tod me its a progressive map so will get more power after a few cold starts, not sure if thats the same for you guys, the exhaust on full chat is alot louder, really barks now. glad i didnt go for non res,
i had a big grin on the way home, thats it for power for me now, all done and happy with that, want to get it on the rollers in a few months to see if there was any improvment or not,
foxy, hope you enjoyed your ikea breakfest, although i didnt take the missus with me she still got me to buy a bloody plant, but then again i shouldnt moan as i didnt tell her the price of the map, lol.
