H&R Cup Kit. Review on my readers ride thread.

Had this kit before my v3s and loved it. Superior ride to OEM and amazing handling so it ticks all the boxes nicely.

was a bit all or nothing to be honest. I've heard that can be the case with revo on petrols too.

It gave a massive low down kick, but tailed off early.

Could of been just my car, but I got a few friends who tried revo on various cars, and have come to the same conclusion.

I then went to a hybrid vt2 turbo from allards with a rs tuning map @ 220bhp and 365lbft.

It went bang, so now have a brand new Turbo Dynamics stage 2 with P-Torque map @ 236 and 385lbft.

Both rs tuning and p-torque are excellent.

You just can't beat a custom map.

Ahh rite, for some reason mines nothing like that  Well its far less aggressive then my Custom mapped petrol Cupra was anyway, also has power right through the rev range. 194bhp 299lbft with just a panel filter.

I did PM Will at p-torque about doing mine but he never bothered to reply so I got it revo'd instead.

385lb must be fun

odd that Will didnt get back. he's been very quick whenever I've emailed him.

Going to get him to map my transporter when I've got time.

385lbft is great, however it makes the car a bit gearbox hungry (I'm on number 3!) which makes me think that the figure must be pretty accurate

I could of had a higher bhp figure, but Will said for the sake for braking 240 it affected the torque quite a bit and he felt it was better to keep it there.

I've had bits and bobs done since, so its quite possible I'm at 240+ now anyway.

Yeah I'm used to it :)

Was at the point of putting my bosio's in and fitting a dry nos kit, but I've had a change of heart.

Every time I've got the money to do it, something else crops up. So I've just sold the injectors on.

I've had the car 4 years now, so I think I'm due a change.
