its all good, rain stopped for a bit, chance for me to put it on, and that shaving did the trick, i'm just dialing in between tightness of the nut to the arm not scraping the glass now to get it just right. I'm talking 1 - 2 mil clearence. The blade has so much pressure on the glass it stutters on the return wipe, time will tell if thats just the newness of the rubber or i'm going to need to do something about that. I really do hope i've not just wasted £25 on this! But i'm just keeping my old broken arm if it does go Pete Tong.
Has anyone also notices that the polo arm and blade wipes shorter than the stock Ibiza by a couple of cms? the blade is the same length i think comparing the two but the arm is slightly short due its design and therefore its arc is less. I'm picky i know but i'm wondering if its worth getting the Passat/Octavia blade which should be longer in length.
