ohhh dont turbo a 16v on a budget mate, itll never happen.

you can the same stuff loads cheaper if you shop around, budget doesn't mean poor quality.

its a possibility if you wait long enough but a budget usually means 2nd hand parts which are a bit of a lottery, you never know exactly how its been stressed/treated in its past life.
id love to see a 16v turbo though!

i would say about 1-2k.

But if poss cheaper.
