I've Ordered my car through the NHS leasing scheme and I just realized I picked that color :|

MANUFACTURER=Seat MODEL=Leon Sport Coupe 2.0 TSI Cupra 280 3dr DSG Coupe BODY COLOUR=Special solid - white INTERIOR COLOUR=Cloth - Black EXTRAS=Seat sound pack (spacesaver spare wheel with sound pack)

I hope to god that its not the dodgy grey/silver color. I just want white! :O

Does anyone know for sure what it is?

MC

Do you mind me asking what sort of deal you got on the NHS scheme? My other half is a doctor starting a new job in Newcastle in the summer and I assume would be entitled to this benefit. I've already convinced her on one of these for our next car but if this was a decent deal it could confirm it.

You ordered a car without seeing the colour you ordered ? Surely you visited a dealer to see what colour the brochure looked like ?

I'm going to pre guess and say youse wouldn't think it is decent... But for me it's £420 a month. However... you've got to remember that I'm 20 and the deal includes absolutely everything from tax, insurance, servicing, tyres, 15000 miles a year, issues with the car ect all I will be doing is putting petrol in! So for me at my age this works out really well!

You've got to bare in mind that different NHS trusts will have different rules and deals ect so yours could work out cheaper or more expensive, totally depends. Also it depends on the wage too because it comes off before tax so this plays a big part... I'm on a band 5 so I would assume a doctors wage would be a lot higher which would benefit youse greatly. Also the mileage... If I put 8000 miles it would probably be close to 50-100 quid cheaper.. Hope that's helps and doesn't confuse things more ;) ha

Just FYI I work for the new PCT (doctors and dentists) for the northeast and we order ours through Northumbria NHS trusts lease which is called NHS fleet solutions.. Once she starts she can sign up to the website (www.nhsfleetsolutions.co.uk)

Dude that colour wasn't in the brochure that's my point... When I ordered my car (through a website at work) I saw white and selected it... I didn't realise that there was 2 whites on the list as I was under the impression you could only get the metallic one. But in all honesty if it is solid white I'd prefer that over the metallic. So fingers crossed... If be gutted if it was that stupid special grey colour that's just silver... :(

Stumbled across the Bristol Motor Show whilst out and about this morning - spotted a Nevada White 280 5dr on the Blade SEAT stand alongside an ST FR.

There was a McLaren 650S sat opposite, but who cares? :)

I took one out today in DSG and I was a bit dissapointed with the DSG box, you don't feel in touch with the car, I still think manual is the best great car though. I also took out a focus ST and I've got to say I was really impressed with it as much as I didn't think I would be, the spec they come with is great value.

Here's a new one, just browsing carwow and there are new packs listed against the cupra, as well as the bucket seats. They list a blackline and a white line pack, includes black rear spoiler, tailgate finishing and alloys finished in black / white. Anyone know about these or seen pics? Also another seat trim option for £10 more than the current standard seat / leather offerings... None on the seat website! Something they know we don't?!

Would be good to see for sure, they also show special solid white as a colour as well, which wasn't there a few weeks ago. Maybe sneakers on what's to come?

I think these are MY2015 changes

I saw the same on CarWOW and the addition of a solid white makes sense as I was looking to order a Cupra 280 and the dealer said the car comes in solid white

I would prefer the metalic nevada white myself

Hope there are pictures soon of the new packs you can order

The car I test drove back in April has all those graphics down the side, the same as the car in the photo above. Glad they weren't on it when I drove it!

I too tested a virgin white car, and it now also has all these stickers on it. It's now sold but has to stay at dealers till 3 month old, so punters can view it. Don't know if you can now get a test drive, so kind of defeats the purpose of a demo car. Seemingly lots of dealers have done this with their demo's, is this just a scottish thing?
