As shown in the CAD drawings of the bezel the OD of the AWE gauge was 44.6mm (body of the gauge) and the lip OD is 47.3mm. I am not sure how they name gauge sizes, i.e. "52mm gauge" if that is the body of the gauge? What ever gauge is being used the dimensioned must be confirmed/modified for the bezel to house/seat the gauge properly. I worked off the AWE gauge for my the dimensions on the bezel.

Hey Sportrider

Dont have great news about the bezel design. I got an air vent out a mk4 today. Looking at the design and mechanics of the opening/closing and directional control a vent mount boost gauge doesnt look promising. The opening/closing mechanism passes through the centre of the pod to two flaps. These are mounted onto a plastic cross (part of the housing). That would need to be cut out if the gauge was going to be mounted there. That would mean you loose the ability to open and close the air vent flow. Not being my vent i couldnt strip the vent fully (for fear of breaking something thats not mine). If i can get hold of a vent from a scrap yard or written off Ibiza i will strip that and investigate further. Sorry bud, it wouldv been really awesome to do this. Hope you wont give up, perhaps take yours out and investigate the situation for yourself.

Will hopefully chat to you soon with an update. Goodluck (sorry for the not so good news)

Hi everyone,

Sorry I had not checked this thread for a while, seeing all the requests for the drawings.

If you are STILL in need of the drawings please send me a PM so I can respond to each request.

Thanks!
