Looks like you're wanting to do a similar style to ST3F's
car with the roof, think grey that would match the wheel
colour would look pritty sweet not too keen on the pinstripe
but would be interesting to see how it would all turn out.

 just do the roof/spoiler grey...smooth the sides red pin stripe around the wheels...lower a tad more... then stand back and enjoy :D

P.s. i think me you and Danmay (ad-dan) have the mutts of the 1.2's.....(well that is untill you get those stuff done :cartman: ) still looks great tho dude :)

Haha indeed we are :)

Well final verdict is going for a grey roof to match wheels, colour coding handles, when i get my new mirrors (details soon!) ill either colour code them grey or red.
Then the wheels and sideskirts are still to be decided at a later date.

Going to get quotes done this weekend and will make progress in the next few weeks.
Can probably do the handles myself, but will need to purchase something first. Im getting a cover like on the passengers door handle to put over my drivers door so it blanks the lock ;) The kit also comes with a dummy style lock to fit too.

Edit: Its also been lowered a little since last pictures but going to modify the suspension a little to see if i can get it lower :). Want it so the back end just covers a little tyre and the front end just right in line with the tyre. But still 100% even

yeah thats the prob i have with mine...the rear covers the tip top of the tyre and the front i can fit two fingers in on top of each other between the wheel and the arch...

if you take out the adjuster cup from the rear and the helper spring out of the front im told it makes it lower by about 15-20mm respectively

The adjuster cups are out the back

I can fit about 1.5 fingers in the back arch and a tiny bit more in the front arches

But my plan is for the back: take the adjuster cups and instead of them being at the bottom, put them at the top. Meaning ill winde them down and compress the spring, making it lower. Any idea if this will work?

Im also really wanting to smooth over my side indicators, but that'd be illegal........

May depend on the coilovers you have?

But i want it lowww :)
But not stupid looking low

Plus to leave the village i stay in i have 8 hard rubber speedbumps to go over haha, its fun :) Theres a few guys with quite low cars round my way and think i go the slowest over them. 10mph tops :) Theres a guy with a mk3 golf on its arse, but lucky for him he lives just before all the speedbumps lol

mine are v-maxx...the only thing i find irritating are those square speed bumps because my undercarriage always scrapes on them...its the plastic under tray that does it...

i want to go crazy low on the front because im thinking of downgrading to a set of deep dish 16's and the only way you can make euro 16's look good is by having it on its beelly

Yeah thats the bumps we have here, one of them i can fit through the middle and doesnt feel too bad, but the rest i have to go through normally as their closer together.

Its because they are rubber though, as there are some other ones not far from me which are the exact same size but made of tar. And i can go through the middle of them and hardly feel them

First pic looks cool not loving the all grey, but suppose
could do grey centers go with the grey roof and pillars,
would be really tidy:happy:

did i spot r32 dump lol.... i think it looks great dude....truely if you get them done you will be apart of the mutts of the 1.2's :D GREAT WORK MAN...i think you should keep the pearl grey wheels tho with the red lip dont do black on the back..

the front bumper lower bit being darker is effective...i was going to do it if i ever got the facelift/cupra bumper..

i also think but it may be too much to get a pearl grey bonnet too...will look very MK5 Golf :D

That isnt black alloys, its just a bad shadow

Yeah R32 dump i wish :D

The red lip is still a possible, but will probably happen, should i do black on the roof / front bumpers or should i do grey to match the wheels?

Haha yeah it would be, what about a white roof then ;)

Would definatly be original!

Just unsure whether the bits im wanting sprayed to do then either grey or black, black would look sweet. But the wheels are grey...

Grey all over might look a bit... bland?

But then do i want grey black and red all covered within the car?
Hmm...

You should do matt black on the bumpers and grey on the roof & bonnet. how much is it going to cost dude?

Instead of red wings i think you should do it wheel colour ;) ohh and on other thing, when you do the front grille black do the inside face of the separating red parts (where the fogs are) the red bars on either side, do the inside face of that...

as for the red lip, if your steady with a pinstriping paint brush, get some HT paint and do it :) cheapest way :)

Dont know prices but doesnt really matter, it'll all happen eventually :)

The bonnets a crap drawing of a bonnet bra

The red lip, and everything else, isnt being done by myself  I know that sounds bad because then im not modifying it myself, but i dont trust myself to do it. But my neighbour will no doubt give a hand as he knows his stuff
