The way its been explained to me is that the load on the n75 should initially be high, then drop and then will come back up as the turbo runs outa puff

Mine usually goes 95% > 75% and then climbs back up slowly, someone correct me if im wrong.

So i can rule a failing N75 out then?

Be a case of finding this leak, either that or a screwed turbo?

Dude, replace all of the crappy braided hoses, tighten all of your hose clips and stuff and then re-log. 4th gear is a much better gear to log by the way.

Can you remember what Boost/Timing settings were applied to your car when you had it mapped?

I'll get on with replacing the crappy hose and see whats what..

I'll try a 4th gear run, but i don't fancy being in 4th gear at 6k rpm for very long, lol!

Just replace ALL vac hoses anyway, they will fail at some point guaranteed.

And also check the brake servo hoses by the green nipple that comes off the left side of the inlet manifold. Mine was split the other day and i was loosing about the same amount of boost as your seeing.

Right guys and gals, i have bypassed the N249 checked the engine bay for broken pipes. I "Think" i found one so replaced that as well.

Here are my logs from tonight, pretty much the same i think.

seeing your log i don't think you've got a boost leak and i agree with this part of martyn post :

Correct, some tuners will initially jam the WG shut to aid spool up. High (95%+ duty) loads across the range indicate your requested boost is either too high for the turbo you have....or you've got a boost leak.

if you still have the k03 i would say the requested boost is really too high and that's why the n75 duty cycle is maxed out, for me it seems the ecu is trying to achieved a boost that can't be done by a k03.

is this stage 1 or stage 2 ?

do you have a sps3 or do you know which settings you have, the requested seems really high to me, i have found an old log from mine in hb8 and it was like that :

Code:
 /min	% mbar mbar
2480	121,8	2140	1610
2840	150,4	2270	1980
3280	178,9	2380	2340
3680	175,9	2390	2360
4080	166,2	2380	2250
4480	163,2	2250	2150
4800	155,6	2140	2020
5120	148,9	2050	1910
5360	139,8	1980	1860
5600	133,1	1910	1810
5800	129,3	1880	1770
6000	124,8	1830	1730
6160	121,8	1790	1700
6360	119,5	1720	1680

Just wondering ... as im not completely sure on wat the n75 does, but mines running a C valve, wat will F one do like? does it change the way the boost is delivered?

It's stage 1 i don't have an SPS or anything..

Would you suggest i get this adjusted, i imagine it can't be doing the turbo much good?

Tim, get you local Revo dealer to check what setting it's on and then knock it down a notch or maybe 2. Running the turbo with 99% WG duty means that the its is working flat out, running a turbo flat out isnt exactly a good idea if you want it to last.
