looka at a glance like your boost is leaking & your wastegate is almost shut trying to make any boost.
Yea i agree looks like a leak to me N75 duty is maxing out too soon! Turbo is going all out to try and meet requested but is not getting near!

Log block 32! If you see high -ve values in the second group along, indicates that it's running rich hence leaking air from somewhere! Just for confirmation really
